Lihasinjektio ventrogluteaalisella injektiotekniikalla : opetusvideo

Opinnäytetyömme on opetusvideo ventrogluteaalisesta i.m.-injektionantotekniikasta ja kirjallinen raportti sen tekemisestä. Opetusvideota tullaan käyttämään Mikkelin ammattikorkeakoulun sairaanhoitajaopiskelijoiden sekä monimuoto- ja täydennyskoulutuksen opetusmateriaalina. Tavoitteena oli tehdä mahdollisimman kattava ja selkeä opetusvideo opiskelun, kertauksen ja harjoittelun tueksi. Opinnäytteemme päätuotos on opetusvideo ventrogluteaalisesta i.m.-injektionantotekniikasta. Kirjallisessa osuudessa käsittelemme muut i.m.-injektion antopaikat lyhyesti läpi, injektionantotekniikassa huomioitavia asioita sekä i.m.-lääkehoitoon liittyviä riskejä. Kirjallinen raportti sisältää myös kuvauksen tuotekehitysprojektista, ja videon sisältö on kirjoitettu raporttiin uusinta saatavilla olevaa lähdeaineistoa hyväksikäyttäen. Tuotimme opetusvideon DVD-formaattiin. Tämä mahdollistaa sen, että käyttäjä voi valita kohtaukset, joista video alkaa. Kohtaukset, jotka ovat lopullisessa DVD-versiossa, ovat injektion valmistelu ja itse injektion antaminen.The purpose of this thesis was to create an educational video of ventrogluteal i.m.- injection technique and a written report about the making of the video. This educational video is going to be used in Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences as part of teaching material for on-campus nursing students, multiform teaching and further education. The aim was to create a comprehensive and clear video that would sup-port nursing students during their studies and practical periods. The main product of this thesis was the educational video about ventrogluteal i.m.-injection technique. In our thesis we also briefly introduce other i.m.-injection sites, issues to be considered about injection technique and the risks involved in i.m. medication. Our written report also includes a description of the making of the video and the contents of the video are written in the report using the latest sources of in-formation. We produced the educational video in DVD-format. This allows the end user the possibility to select a particular scene to start viewing the video. The scenes that are in the final DVD version are: preparation of the injection and giving the injection
